Eating disorders are complex in their origin, presentation, and management. Individuals with eating at times tend to hide symptoms defensive secrecy compulsive behaviours make it difficult diagnose treat these disorders. Gastrointestinal commonly reported by individuals but may be overlooked clinicians.
